The tests can be done either via Physical or online invigilations

Certified Cognitive Test & Report

Certified Cognitive Tests include a wide array of evaluation tools that measure one's knowledge, abilities, motivation, attitudes and personality and educational measurement. 

The test can either be used by individuals to understand themselves and improve their relationships in life or companies to understand their employees, promotion or recruitment purposes. 

For job selection processes, the recruiters want to discover how good a candidate is in terms of:​.

  • Do you have the right skills and experience? 
  •  Do you have the required enthusiasm and motivation? 
  •  Are you going to fit in, in terms of your personality, attitude and general work style? 

Do you want to take the Physical test?

If yes, Come to our offices at Musa Gitau Road, Off Waiyaki Way, Lavington, Nairobi Kenya and sit for the test, 

 It takes two hours to be done, then one hour later we serve you with the certification Report. All our invigilators are internationally accredited and approved.

Sometimes a client may be far from our offices or is not able to do the test physically due to other challenges, no worry, we have the online version for you! Its basically the same test now being administered to you via your email address. All our invigilators are internationally accredited and approved.

We shall need three things from you;

 

  • Email Address to use for setting you up
  • Job position making you take the test, 
  • Payment confirmation for the same.
    • Test Duration;
    • When we confirm your payment, it takes ten minutes to be set you up
    • You do the test in two hours then one hour later we send you the certification report in PDF form
